User Rights:
The system differentiates 3 main user type:
Owners: is developers user right, which provide full access to all databases
Management: is the Management Team right the team has editing rights for all database, they are able also to change views and create pages.
Agents: is the default user right to all employees with an active Microsoft subscription in the company. This right provides reading right for the site, and editing rights for lists which they will interact from the UI, but have no direct links to the DS.
Agents has managed Access on selected databases, as the Order Form PDFs and Activates Products, these relations will be details in the Automations.
Service Requirements:
The system is based on following service foundations which are criteria to set up the system at the company:
- Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise Subscription for all users
- PowerBI Premium Subscription for the developer account
- PowerAutomate and PowerApp default package
- Microsoft Teams enrolled for the organization
- Microsoft Sharepoint Service for Businesses

- AccountsList: Main Account details.
- FieldList: Fields in a Seasonal assignment connected to accounts
- ProductList: storing available Products and their description
- ActiveProductList: Products with ActivePrices
- CampaignsList: Storing Campaign information, term and promotional infirnation
- Campaign ObservationList: Define observations, guides and rating scores
- ProductAdviseListL: Indicate the advised product for all advisory scenario
- ImageLibrary: Storing all Observation Image
Executional Databases:
- ObservationList: Storing all Field Observation collected at the Promotion
- OrderRequestList: Storing the generated OrderDocument details for the promotion
- OrderDetailsList: Storing all the Ordered Products and Discounts for the OrderRequest
- ComplaintList: raised Complaints after delivery
Automations
- Image Reprocessing: Ensure that all uploaded images are in the same format and could be used for processing.
- PDF generation: All Observation and Product advice is generated in a single PDF document
- OredrRequest generator: Based on the Product advice and the Campaign discount conditions, the system generates the OrderRequest document.
- Account Approval request: The OrderRequest is sent to the Account for approval. If approved, the Financial process starts.

User Interface:
Mobile based platform to enable in Field and Farm administration.
Simple UI, focused on teh main steps of the Campaing management:

Simple Account update and Acerage management. Validation of the main communication platform and move forward for Campaign execution of teh Observation Season.

Execution of the Campaign process, collect images and generate PDF Advise.

Review Observation results, and Product Advise, send in order request.
Campaign Reports:

Provides a Campaign overview with teh Agents performance, by campaign execution and SALES numbers in at the same account.
