Account Data:
Agents and Marketing managers could load Account data in the system for Biling, Potential, Newsletter. Storage of Farm fields, and crop details.
Account Profiling: Leverage in-depth profiling based on average potential, interests, and geographical location. Tailor your strategies to meet the specific needs and preferences of each account.
Behavioral Insights: Gain valuable insights by profiling accounts based on their purchasing behaviors and market potential. This data-driven approach enables you to identify high-value accounts and optimize your marketing efforts accordingly.
Seamless Integration: Easily integrate with the WIX web platform to create impactful posts and newsletters. This feature streamlines your content distribution, ensuring your communications reach your audience effectively.
Integrates with 3rd party web tools to transfer Farm and Field data from the Account platform.
Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with accounts through SMS and email, providing a convenient and direct line of communication. This multi-channel approach enhances interaction and fosters stronger relationships.

Felhasználói jogok:
The system differentiates 3 main user type:
Owners: is developers user right, which provide full access to all databases
Management: is the Management Team right the team has editing rights for all database, they are able also to change views and create pages.
Agents: is the default user right to all employees with an active Microsoft subscription in the company. This right provides reading right for the site, and editing rights for lists which they will interact from the UI, but have no direct links to the DS.
Agents has managed Access on selected databases, as the Order Form PDFs and Activates Products, these relations will be details in the Automations.

- AccountID (Primary Key): Unique identifier for each account.
- Name: Name of the account (Agent or Marketing Manager).
- Email: Email address for communication.
- Phone: Contact number.
- Location: Geographical location of the account.

Farm Fields Table
- FieldID (Primary Key): Unique identifier for each field.
- AccountID (Foreign Key): Links to the Accounts table.
- FarmSize: Area of the farm in acres/hectares.
Communication Table
- CommunicationID (Primary Key): Unique identifier for each communication record.
- AccountID (Foreign Key): Links to the Accounts table.
- ChannelType: Enum (Email, SMS).
- MessageContent: Text message content.
- SentDate: Date and time the message was sent.
Feedback Form Table
- FormID (Primary Key): Unique identifier for each feedback form.
- AccountID (Foreign Key): Links to the Accounts table.
- FeedbackContent: Text content of the feedback.
- SubmissionDate: Date the feedback was submitted.
- ResponseStatus: Boolean (responded or not).

User Interface: Account Management:

The system provides a quick view of access to where the accounts could be accessed. This view provides basic information, such as the name, potential, email address, and if direct communication is authorized.
Opening the Account details the option to edit all details opens up as Billing details, Average Potential, Communications, and Attachments as contracts, etc.
All accounts have assigned fields that are accessible and editable in the “TÁBLÁK” panel.
FieldManagement:

Field and crp structure management: Partner Information: At the top, the name is displayed along with a dropdown for the year "2025." the interface is for managing Seasonal data.
Data Table: Below the main title, there’s a table containing information about different crops or items, each with the following columns:
ID/Identifier: Displays a sequential identifier.
Crop Name: Lists various crops (e.g., "Őszi búza," "Hibrid kukorica").
Area: Shows the area covered (e.g., "56.12 ha").
Status: Either indicates if the item is "Aktív" (active) or inactive.
Actions: There are icons next to each item for editing (pencil icon) and deleting (red X icon).
Filters: A search/filter option is provided at the top, labeled "Táblanév szűrő," which could allow users to filter the displayed data.
Field Details:

Header: Displays the year (2025) Field Name and company name prominently.
Tabs: Three sections are indicated, labeled "Tábla törzs," "Növényvédelem," and "Tápanyag," allowing users to navigate different categories of data upload.
Toggle Switch: An active/inactive toggle for the season (Sezon) clearly marked, indicating the current status.
